Technical Support Engineer - Messaging Solutions Technical Support Engineer with strong knowledge of SMTP, POP, IMAP, TCP*IP, DNS technologies along with good Unix and Windows systems knowledge to provide support, advice to customers of this leader in solutions for message networks. You will be required to understand customer systems and configuration, analyze problems, identify defects and recommend solutions and manage customer expectations. You will be a graduate wirh 5+ years professional experience including 3rd line support and you will have excellent communication skills.
